Apply a small amount (a little goes a long way) to hair/hair line and smooth product in with fingers, comb or brush. If more hold is desired repeat as necessary. To prevent flaking and excess build up make sure to apply on clean hair (if you notice when you apply to wet hair that you get more build up, use on dry hair).
